Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team at The Affiliated Sante Group. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.

  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify top candidates and make recommendations for hire.

  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process and high levels of job satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition to continuously improve our processes and outcomes.

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in recruitment or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws, as well as experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
