Position Title: Senior Project Manager - IDIQ (Scientific and IT Support)

Role Summary: We are in search of a Senior Project Manager who possesses a deep understanding of scientific and IT support services. This position entails overseeing intricate programs, crafting a clear product vision, and ensuring that project objectives are achieved. Acting as the main liaison, the project manager will manage comprehensive oversight, collaborate with industry experts, and foster robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and sustain a cohesive management framework
  • Collaborate with industry experts to explore cutting-edge technologies
  • Facilitate client relations between contractors and government entities
  • Conduct regular discussions with government project managers to review performance metrics
  • Guarantee punctual delivery of project outputs in accordance with contractual obligations
  • Oversee subcontractors and manage program budgets
  • Assist in the selection and onboarding of personnel
  • Administer Task Orders and ensure precise billing practices
  • Supervise, evaluate, and provide feedback on personnel performance
  • Engage in the recruitment process for new team members

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
  • A minimum of eighteen years of experience in related fields
  • Familiarity with government contracts and understanding of the FAR
  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must successfully complete a government background investigation
