Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Growth Manager to join our team at 160 Driving Academy. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and enroll students into our CDL training program
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local trucking companies and community partners
  • Manage and maintain accurate student databases and state files
  • Host and attend community events and career fairs to promote our branch
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our students
  • Manage day-to-day on-site operations and responsibilities of your 160 branch
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management or a related field
