We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Growth Manager to join our team at 160 Driving Academy. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success for our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and enroll students into our CDL training program
- Develop and maintain relationships with local trucking companies and community partners
- Manage and maintain accurate student databases and state files
- Host and attend community events and career fairs to promote our branch
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our students
- Manage day-to-day on-site operations and responsibilities of your 160 branch
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management or a related field
