The Role

We are seeking an exceptional VP of Finance to join our team. As a founding member of our finance function, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, driving financial planning and analysis, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. Your expertise will be instrumental in informing strategic decisions, managing risk, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to inform business decisions
  • Lead the finance team in preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly closes and quarterly forecasts
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive strategic planning and decision-making
  • Manage financial relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and regulatory bodies
  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business growth and expansion
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams
  • Expertise in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, with a strong understanding of compliance and risk management
