Job Description

As a key member of our accounting firm, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our owner. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work efficiently while being accurate.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the owner, including research and organization of projects and investments
  • Manage various business accounts using Quick Books Pro, Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the Internet
  • Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
  • Answer calls in a professional manner and respond to emails in a prompt and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Quick Books Pro, Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the Internet
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience
