About the Job:

We are seeking an Administrative Service Coordinator to join our team at Wheels, LLC. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through timely and accurate completion of customer service requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter customer requests into our CRM system and ensure they are completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Utilize our CARE and FleetWeb systems to manage customer information and requests.
  • Process customer-driven changes to driver/vehicle data, including license and title state changes.
  • Provide excellent customer service through clear and concise communication.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

Requirements:
  • An associate degree or equivalent work experience.
