Job Description

At our accounting firm, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year.

About the Role:

  • This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the owner, including but not limited to answering calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A background in bookkeeping and experience with Quick Books Pro, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering calls in a professional manner and responding to emails in a timely fashion.
  2. Providing administrative support to the owner, including managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and performing other tasks as needed.
  3. Researching and organizing projects and investments for the owner.
  4. Bookkeeping of various business accounts, including preparing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling statements.
