  • Monitor and manage volume, case mix growth, CMS %, payer mix %, and functional outcomes of patients to ensure quality product lines.
  • Communicate market opportunities and threats to senior management.
  • Manage all marketing operations, including staff hiring and recruitment.
  • Train marketing staff on tools, budget, sales skills, and territory management to achieve volume goals.
  • Effectively communicate financial data and operational indicators to marketing and other relevant staff.
  • Understand and manage admission processes, insurance verification, pre-certification requirements, bed control, hospital discharges, and barriers.
  • Manage the reimbursement system to promote quality outcomes.
  • Identify new and repackaged product lines in collaboration with hospital leadership.
  • Drive grassroots efforts to address industry conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with referral sources to market and educate product lines.
  • Develop marketing collateral and advertise in conjunction with corporate support.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing, media coverage, and public relations functions to increase volume.
  • Utilize CRM for creating, tracking, and monitoring liaison territory management, referrals, and activities.
  • Build 30 days of activities in advance and complete pre-call planning on minimum of 95% of activities.
  • Enter results and post-call follow-up on minimum of 95% of all activities.
