About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist to join our team in the Private Services located in East Hartford and Willimantic, CT. As a Psychiatrist (Per Diem), you will be responsible for providing psychiatric care to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat individuals with psychiatric conditions
  • Conduct intellectual and physical evaluations of individuals
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and/or occupational, physical, psychological or industrial therapy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • License to practice medicine and surgery issued by the Connecticut Department of Public Health
  • Completion of at least one year of residency program experience in psychiatry approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)
