About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Aloft Sunnyvale. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, resolving any issues that may arise, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

Key Tasks:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Coordinate daily group arrivals and departures, special requests, and guest amenity programs.
  • Review front office logbook and guest feedback forms daily to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasant telephone demeanor and the ability to manage stressful situations professionally.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
Estimated Salary Range:

$40,000 - $50,000 per annum, based on experience.
