Customer Service Ambassador

The Customer Service Ambassador will play a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences at our property.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming and registering guests, handling room assignments, and managing check-in/check-out procedures
- Managing front desk operations, including phone switchboard, mail, and messages
- Providing accurate information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming, adhering to brand standards
Key Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality helpful
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
