Hotel Guest Experience Coordinator

We're seeking an exceptional Hotel Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes
- Manage front desk operations, including phone switchboard, mail, and messages
- Provide accurate information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, adhering to brand standards
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality helpful
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
