Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing Expertise: Utilize advanced sales techniques and marketing strategies to attract new customers, aiming to exceed established sales targets.
  • Independent Role with Team Expansion Opportunities: Start as an individual contributor with the potential to build a team of up to five members, while overseeing territory operations.
  • Strategic Location Identification: Discover and secure prime partner locations to enhance service delivery and customer reach.
  • Resource Management: Oversee inventory effectively, ensuring enrollment specialists are well-equipped for successful customer interactions.
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified candidates for enrollment specialist roles.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training for specialists, focusing on product knowledge, enrollment procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, maintaining operational integrity.
  • Quality Control: Implement measures to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the enrollment process.
  • Performance Enhancement: Assess and improve the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Audit and Documentation: Conduct thorough audits and maintain detailed records of enrollment activities.
  • Team Building: Foster a collaborative and high-achieving team environment.
  • Operational Management: Effectively coordinate all logistical aspects of the enrollment process.
