Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team at SFI Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, human resources, or sales, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and utilizing social media and job boards to source candidates.

As a Recruiter, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, and will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
