Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Remarketing team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our sales and management team, ensuring seamless execution of our used vehicle sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post-Sale Coordination: Confirm unit readiness, send notifications to districts, collect payments, process warranty paperwork, coordinate wire transfers, and provide customer assistance.
  • Pre-Sale Coordination: Work with districts to determine unit availability, generate pictures of units, create and fulfill specification requests, and schedule appointments.
  • Marketing Support: Send mailers to prospects, pull prospect reports, place advertisements, and send thank-you letters.
  • Other Projects: Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
  • 2 years of administrative or departmental support experience required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; prior experience with AS400 preferred.
  • Customer service skills, ability to work independently, and organizational skills required.
