Job Summary:

Assist the corporate Remarketing sales and management team with administrative duties related to the sale of used vehicles and the RTC program. Provide support for coordinating transactions with retail, fleet, and wholesale customers via phone and email communication. Offer marketing support by mailing flyers and posting ads in various advertising mediums.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Post-Sale Coordination: Confirm unit readiness, send notifications to districts, collect payments, process warranty paperwork, coordinate wire transfers, and provide customer assistance.
  • Pre-Sale Coordination: Work with districts to determine unit availability, generate pictures of units, create and fulfill specification requests, and schedule appointments.
  • Marketing Support: Send mailers to prospects, pull prospect reports, place advertisements, and send thank you letters.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of administrative or departmental support experience required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Prior experience with AS400 preferred.
  • Customer service skills, ability to work independently, and organizational skills required.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation, and drug screening are required.
