About The Role
Our client is on the lookout for friendly and approachable individuals to enhance their customer service team. Successful candidates for the Customer Service Representative role will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while managing a significant volume of incoming calls. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to incoming customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members as necessary.
- Utilize outstanding customer service techniques and phone etiquette to meet and exceed expectations.
- Deliver accurate updates to clients and act as a liaison between field staff and customers.
- Employ effective communication and conflict resolution strategies to handle various customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns via chat, phone, and email.
- Utilize strong problem-solving abilities to address issues in a timely manner and conduct further research as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information diligently.
- Assist with dispatching duties as needed and maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and promotions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications Required:
