Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our morning shift team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Create a positive first impression by maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, and ensuring that all products are fresh and accurate.
  • Order Processing: Deliver exceptional customer service through a friendly attitude, attentive behavior, and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Restaurant Operations: Adhere to all operational standards and guidelines for product preparation, and maintain speed of service targets by working efficiently and meeting customers' needs.
  • Policies and Procedures: Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards, and practice proper hand washing techniques and adhere to sanitation guidelines.
  • Health and Safety: Work in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, and follow safe work practices and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with multiple employees to achieve common goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process orders and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift supplies/products.
