Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our frontline team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Provide friendly and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Offer personalized recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Restaurant Operations:
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and quality.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
    • Restock supplies and equipment as needed to ensure seamless service.
  • Policies and Procedures:
    • Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Report any incidents or concerns to management in a timely manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication:
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands:
    • Ability to stand for long periods and move frequently.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull carts as needed.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in temperature and humidity.
