Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Customers: Promptly greet and welcome all customers as they enter the service department, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Handle minor customer complaints/misunderstandings with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Support the Service Team: Fully support the Service Team in delivering an exceptional customer service experience, including verifying the cash drawer at the end of every shift and maintaining a continuously updated service scheduling form.
  • Operate Cash Drawer and Loaner Vehicle Program: Properly maintain the cash drawer and loaner vehicle program, ensuring accurate transactions and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous successful experience within a customer service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written, and operate a smartphone, tablet, and PC.
  • Professional Personal Appearance: Professional personal appearance and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
