Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, utilizing our point of sale system and mobile order app.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile orders.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, promotions, and services to effectively communicate with guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
