Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone and email
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards

Requirements:

  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ Years of experience in a call center or phone receptionist role
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
