  • Performs reconciliation tasks to ensure all charges are accounted for
  • Engages with colleagues and providers to comply with processing standards
  • Addresses coding challenges and provides education to providers on correct coding practices

Physical Demands: This role requires functioning in a dynamic office or healthcare environment, involving some sitting, walking, standing, stretching, and bending.

Qualifications: The preferred candidate should possess a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of coding experience, and a CPC or equivalent coding certification. Proficiency in coding, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is crucial. Familiarity with payer-specific coding regulations and compliance guidelines is advantageous.
