Key Responsibilities:- Attend Child Family Team (CFT) meetings and actively participate in the development of the Plan of Care/Safety Crises Plan
- Conduct strengths interviews with family members and communicate clearly through documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to program process and principles
- Participate in Network and SPA meetings, as appropriate
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Lived experience as a parent of a child who received services from DCFS, DMH, Probation
- Valid California Driver's License
- Parent Partner Training Academy Certification (to be completed within 1 year of hire date)
