At Stars Behavioral Health Group, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Parent Partner to join our team. As a Parent Partner, you will work closely with parents to represent their best interests and provide support in navigating the child welfare system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend Child Family Team (CFT) meetings and actively participate in the development of the Plan of Care/Safety Crises Plan
  • Conduct strengths interviews with family members and communicate clearly through documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to program process and principles
  • Participate in Network and SPA meetings, as appropriate
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Lived experience as a parent of a child who received services from DCFS, DMH, Probation
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Parent Partner Training Academy Certification (to be completed within 1 year of hire date)
