Client Partner

As a Client Partner at Capgemini, you will play a key role in managing mid-sized to large global or regional accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and lead a top strategic account within the Media & Entertainment Industry
- Develop profitable business from managed accounts, achieving booking, revenue, and profitability objectives
- Understand client culture and decision-making processes, and balance professional manner to suit client requirements
- Ensure Capgemini is positioned effectively within the client organization and is well-represented for potential major new projects or bids
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Proven experience serving clients in the Media & Entertainment industry, preferably with clients over $2 billion in size
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in selling complex, IT services, or customized technology services
- 5 years or greater of recent experience selling technology consulting services for a Tier 1 or 2 global services provider
- Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues, and trends affecting technology spend
