Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Founder and CEO. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and involves a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling communications, and assisting with meeting preparations. You will also be involved in planning and executing events, such as brand photoshoots. Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the CEO.

Work Schedule:

Part-time, 10-15 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Compensation:

$18 per hour, with potential for increase after an initial evaluation period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule photo/video shoots, including liaising with photographers, models, and venues.
  • Screen and manage executive communications, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Maintain and organize the CEO's calendar with precision.
  • Arrange meetings, including logistics and invitations.
  • Occasionally run errands as needed.
  • Book travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights and accommodations.
  • Prepare materials for meetings and events.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in GSuite applications.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage tasks efficiently.
