We are a private hard money lender focused on the short-term residential 'fix & flip' bridging finance market. Our company has substantial capital available for growth, and we're looking for a recent college graduate to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

This is an entry-level role where you'll have the opportunity to learn the business and grow in a dynamic industry. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be involved in driving loans through the full life-cycle, from initial inquiry to successful loan completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with initial inquiry and information gathering
  • Drive loans through the full life-cycle
  • Build and manage a large pipeline of prospective clients
  • Work with borrowers and brokers to build working relationships
  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • "Hustle" and a willingness to work hard
  • Sales experience is a plus, regardless of the industry
  • Ability to build and manage a large pipeline of prospective clients
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
