We are a private hard money lender focused on the short-term residential 'fix & flip' bridging finance market. With substantial capital available for growth, we're seeking a recent college graduate to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
Job SummaryWe're looking for a self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills to drive loans through the full life-cycle. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for assisting with initial inquiries, information gathering, and successful loan completion.
Key Responsibilities- Drive loans through the full life-cycle, from initial inquiry to successful completion
- Assist with information gathering and client communication
- Build and manage a large pipeline of prospective clients
- Develop strong relationships with borrowers and brokers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Recent college graduate with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Results-oriented and a team player
- Any sales experience is a plus
