About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Performance Marketing to lead our paid marketing efforts. This role will be pivotal in optimizing our marketing strategies to maximize ROI with a $7M annual budget across paid search, paid social, affiliate, programmatic video, and display campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to achieve StickerGiant's growth objectives.
  • Manage a $7M annual marketing budget, optimizing spend across multiple channels to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of performance marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all aspects of paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, programmatic video, and display advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Utilize data analytics and KPIs to drive decisions, optimize campaigns, and report on performance to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with owned and organic marketing teams, product, analytics, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts aligned with business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field required.
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and programmatic channels.
  • Proven track record of managing a significant marketing budget and achieving measurable results.
  • Experience in Google ads, Facebook ads manager, Google merchant center, and Amazon ads. Experience in the Impact platform a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management, optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Experience managing internal teams and external agencies effectively.
