About the Role

As an Account Manager at Velocity Risk, you will be the key liaison between our company and external partners. We value relevant experience, but we're particularly interested in driven, outgoing candidates who excel at building relationships. In this role, you will execute the distribution strategy for one of our products, including vetting, appointing, training, and managing the distribution force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the face of one of our products, focusing on building and developing relationships with key partners.
  • Balance the needs and goals of Velocity Risk with the care and support of our brokers and agents.
  • Communicate effectively with partners, providing product insight, education, and performance monitoring.
  • Travel extensively (60-75%) to build and grow foundational relationships and drive effective connections and communication.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in Account Management or Outside Sales, with a preference for experience in the insurance industry, especially in commercial lines.
  • Proficiency with CRM/CSM tools is required.
