Hudson Automotive Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Parts Distribution Center Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our parts distribution center, ensuring seamless inventory control, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of parts counter specialists, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in high-volume automotive parts and inventory control.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
