Administrative Support Staff Role

Are you looking for a challenging administrative role that supports senior leadership in a dynamic global environment? This Administrative Support Staff position could be an exciting opportunity to explore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Manage employee processes and transactions, including new hires, onboarding, resignations, promotions, and training.
  • Coordinate meeting management, catering, and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Manage calendars, prioritize tasks, and identify conflicts to maximize effectiveness.
  • Book flights, hotel, and ground transportation for senior leaders.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless support to senior leaders.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level leaders and external partners.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Discretion and confidence to work with sensitive information.
  • Limited travel may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree.
  • In-depth knowledge of GSK practices and processes.
