Position Overview

Role Summary:

We are seeking a committed Wound Care Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the realm of wound management and infusion therapy. This role focuses on delivering high-quality home health services, emphasizing patient-centered care and effective communication with healthcare teams.

  • Perform thorough patient evaluations and health assessments, ensuring a holistic approach to care
  • Execute wound care treatments and infusion therapies with precision and professionalism
  • Serve as a patient advocate, maintaining open lines of communication with medical professionals and family members
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, prioritizing patient safety and quality care
  • Oversee and mentor members of the nursing clinical care team
  • Engage in case discussions and continuous professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
  • Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • At least three years of clinical nursing experience
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • CPR certification
  • Experience with healthcare software, particularly KanTime
  • Skilled in performing nursing procedures in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act
