Park Manor of Westchase is seeking an experienced and dedicated Wound Care/Treatment Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents in a Transitional Care/Skilled Nursing Facility environment.
Responsibilities- Provide hands-on care to residents based on their individualized Plan of Care.
- Administer medications and provide treatment to residents as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor residents' conditions and evaluate their care needs.
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide primary skin care to residents, including treatment and therapy of skin disorders.
- Identify, manage, and treat specific skin disorders, primary and secondary lesions, and decubitus ulcers.
- Ensure residents with decubitus ulcers receive appropriate prophylaxis and treatment.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing.
- At least 1 year of experience in Treatment/Wound Care.
