POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the monitoring, evaluation, intervention, and education of patients who are ill, injured, or experiencing health changes. This role includes maintaining health, preventing illness, administering prescribed medications or treatments, supervising nursing practices, and developing comprehensive nursing care plans.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Texas State Board of Nursing.
- Possess technical, clerical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills relevant to patient care.
- Meet certification requirements as outlined in the certification policy.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Mother/Baby care.
- Baccalaureate degree or progression towards this degree.
- National Certification recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
