Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations
  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including managing staff and coordinating with healthcare providers
  • Ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Manage and coordinate administrative and clinical operations
  • Resolve escalated issues or problems related to operations or coordination with clinical hub partners
  • Engage and motivate staff to achieve personal and organizational goals and objectives
  • Analyze operational workflows and processes to ensure efficiency and best practices
  • Implement and comply with organizational policies and procedures, including training staff on company policies
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations
Requirements
  • Associates Degree or Higher. Two (2) years of managing experience is required.
  • Understanding of medical office operations sufficient to oversee its operations and provide support to healthcare providers and administrative office
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Skill in exercising a high degree of judgment, discretion, and decision making necessary to achieve organizational objectives
  • Ability to organize and integrate organizational objectives in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with a variety of partner agencies
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $56,000 per year, depending on experience and education. Eligible employees may also receive discretionary bonuses, merit increases, market adjustments, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
