Your Role: As a Field Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in one of the most vibrant sales divisions within our organization. You will engage directly with consumers in a variety of settings, adapting to the ever-evolving market landscape.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Tailored Solutions: Become a telecommunications expert by understanding the distinct needs of each client and designing customized service packages that exceed their expectations.
  • Product Expertise: Keep abreast of the latest product offerings, pricing structures, and technological advancements to provide informed recommendations.
  • Persuasive Communication: Master the art of selling in the field. Effectively present the unique benefits of our services while addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Closing Sales: Skillfully negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Customer Relations: Deliver exceptional post-sale support, transforming customers into lifelong advocates for our brand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow sales professionals to share insights and develop strategies that achieve collective objectives.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in computer and technical skills.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
