Core HR Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating employee relations
  • Overseeing time management software
  • Processing leave applications (PTO, Sick, etc.)
  • Conducting onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Calculating payroll hours accurately
  • Administering the 401K retirement plan
  • Managing commissions and sales documentation
  • Coordinating safety meetings and training sessions
  • Supporting HR initiatives and performance reviews

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing office supplies inventory
  • Generating reports using Excel
  • Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Assisting with meeting organization and documentation
  • Running office-related errands
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance regulations
  • Conducting routine security system tests

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years of applicable experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication abilities
