Urology Sales Territory Manager

As a Urology Sales Territory Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving sales revenue and building strong relationships with physicians and nurses to educate and sell our cutting-edge technologies.
Your Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute quarterly plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain constructive, strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare system.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and stay current on BSC products, programs, and competitive knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date on local IDN and GPO contracts, as well as capital selling experience and consultative-based selling.
What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of relevant business experience, with at least 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required, with advanced degree preferred.
• Documented sales success, with demonstrated top 10% performance in critical competencies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with high degree of initiative and creativity.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, with willingness to travel 1-2 overnights a week.
