Job Summary

The Territory Manager I role at The Hillman Group is a dynamic position that requires a sales professional to manage assigned territories and achieve sales plans while maintaining excellent customer service and relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to grow and develop their market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales operations.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
