Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven sales and sales management professional to join our team at The Bandera Agency. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our company's products and services to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers using our established system
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
- Run training meetings to educate and motivate team members
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of latest developments
Requirements:
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
- Previous experience in face-to-face B2B sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-discipline and a positive attitude
- Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects
