Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at AA2IT. This role is essential in providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring their technical needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve support tickets related to hardware and software issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Maintain effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Required Skills
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and assist clients with their technical inquiries.
  • Time Management: Proficient in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
Work Schedule

This position operates on a standard schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. There is no on-call requirement.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess at least 1 year of relevant experience. A certification in A+ is preferred to demonstrate technical proficiency.

Additional Information

As part of the role, the specialist will need to travel to a secondary office location once a week, with mileage expenses covered.
