The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for providing employee relations and generalist support to the IN campus. This role is responsible for building relationships with individuals to help build a positive overall working environment and aid in employee retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise HR generalists through mentorship, guidance, and performance-based goals to achieve growth and quality role performance.
  • Provide generalist and employee relations support to the IN campus with bargaining and non-bargaining unit operations associates.
  • Work with Indiana bargaining and non-bargaining unit operations managers and department leaders to address performance issues in a timely manner via our performance counseling process and bargaining unit agreement; conduct investigations as needed.
  • Respond to and resolve bargaining and non-bargaining unit operations associate inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support Human Resources Director and operations as needed during contract negotiations.
  • Partner with recruiting team on the various needs and dynamics of the IN campus, including bargaining and non-bargaining unit onboarding activities.
  • Support development and execution of campus HR programs and administrative processes such as campus celebrations/programs, open enrollment, Town Halls etc.
  • Maintain an updated understanding of all HR policies, procedures, benefits and relevant law and immigration topics, including union labor laws.
  • Act as the ambassador of the FULLBEAUTY Brands culture by consistently representing the core values of the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous Human Resources generalist experience, preferably with a retail/fashion organization.
  • 1 - 2 years of labor relations experience including contract negotiations desired.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and organized team player.
