LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead the company's HR function in the Greater Indianapolis area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and be able to align the company's business objectives with its employees and leaders to drive results.

The Senior Director of HR will be responsible for partnering with the business to make key HR decisions and actions around digitalization, organizational design, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

The role will also involve managing and developing a highly dynamic, business-facing HR team through the company's next phase of growth.

The salary range for this position is $150-200k plus bonus, 401k, and health, dental, and vision package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR, including digital talent management, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, organizational development, and diversity and inclusion for a 5k+ employee workforce.
  • Build strong relationships and influence across the organization as a trusted HR executive.
  • Manage the management headcount in alignment with strategic growth plans for remote locations.
  • Identify staffing requirements and sourcing strategies to meet business goals.
  • Drive recruitment, interview, and selection processes in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Provide effective employee relations management to create a positive organizational culture and minimize risk.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field.
  • 12+ years of HR Manager/Director level experience.
  • Strong experience with HRIS/ATS, including implementations.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • SHRM certification preferred.
