Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Office Specialist with outstanding customer service abilities to join our outpatient clinic. In this vital role, you will:
- Manage incoming phone calls and patient inquiries efficiently.
- Welcome and schedule patients for appointments and procedures.
- Verify medical insurance and handle patient billing and collections.
- Authorize services and prepare necessary documentation.
- Foster a professional atmosphere through respectful communication and collaboration.
- Act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and hospital departments to ensure optimal service delivery.
