POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Patient Services Coordinators to enhance our team. Candidates with prior experience in dental reception are preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and register patients warmly and professionally.
- Process co-payments and confirm insurance details.
- Manage patient appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Organize and maintain new patient documentation accurately.
- Perform various administrative tasks as directed by the Practice Manager.
- Address patient inquiries regarding billing or financial matters, directing them to the appropriate departments when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting is essential, with a preference for dental or medical experience involving scheduling and insurance verification.
- Self-driven with a commitment to exceeding patient expectations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Adaptability to support changes in scheduling as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
- Stable employment history is preferred.
