We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving excellence and achieving sales goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing sales in assigned geographies, managing sales data and analytics, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our sales initiatives.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through effective account management and sales techniques.

Sales Reporting:

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to maximize revenue.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with peers and senior management to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.

Networking:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the company's network.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to drive growth.
