Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our packaging sales team at HotRun Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams and driving revenue growth in the custom beverage, personal care, and consumer packaging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Lead a team of sales account managers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop pricing strategies

Requirements:
