Job Title: Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve patient acquisition targets
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop consultative and solution-based sales skills
  • Interface with local businesses and prospects to build relationships and drive growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive patient growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role or comparable management position
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel and CRM systems
  • Analytical approach to sales data and performance
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Excellent relationship management skills
