Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Mobile Donation Receiver. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving donations at our donation trailer, organizing and placing donations in the appropriate areas, and providing excellent customer service to donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive donations at the donation trailer with a positive and enthusiastic presence
  • Organize and place all donations in the appropriate gaylords and areas of the trailer
  • Provide encouraging and welcoming conversation to donors while receiving their donations
  • Effectively tell the KARM Stores and KARM story while explaining our Corners of Your Field program and KARM donations
  • Properly issue receipts for donations in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting
  • Commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement
  • Computer skills, including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities
  • Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form
  • Ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day and lift at least 50 pounds
